"I've been kind of sick for 3 weeks now with chills, night sweats, headache, sore throat, hurt ears, stuffy nose, and enlarged lymph nodes. I just went to the doctor last night and found out I have mono, which means I have to rest for a while. Apparently I have 2x the normal white blood cell count and an enlarged spleen, too. I go back to providence in a week and my 2 brown classes start then, but RISD doesn't start for another week. Hopefully I'm better by then because I really don't want it to interfere with school. I also can't run anymore because of it, which sux because i was going to lead a run on tuesday mornings with the brown running club. Last night it was kind of fun telling people I had it, but I think that fun might've worn off because it hurts every time I swallow. I don't think anyone on facebook is going to want to kiss me for 6 months since I told them there. I guess I have to seek the ignorant."
